We ship only to addresses located within the United Kingdom, including:

- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any international destinations outside the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all orders within the United Kingdom:
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+0). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the total delivery time.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners.
- Transit time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., adverse weather, carrier delays).

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase is required.
All prices displayed at checkout include VAT where applicable, in accordance with UK tax regulations. There are no additional shipping or handling fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout, including:

- Complete UK address (including house number, street, city, and postcode)

Haylash is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

A shipment may be considered lost if no tracking updates have occurred for an extended period as determined by the carrier. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier when necessary.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your order has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you have the right to request a refund or redelivery. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
Haylash is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Failed Deliveries and Refused Packages
If a package is refused at delivery, returned due to an incorrect address, or unclaimed at a collection point, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- We will issue a refund for the order, minus any applicable return shipping costs.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- If possible, refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to return it to the sender.
- If accepted, photograph the damaged packaging and contents.
- Contact us at info@haylash.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Customs and Import Duties
As all orders are shipped within the United Kingdom, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.
