We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following terms apply. This policy operates alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date (according to the carrier tracking information) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, labels, and documentation

Returns requested after 30 days from confirmed delivery are not eligible for refund under this policy. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (UK Statutory Right)

In addition to our 30-day return policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@haylash.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Return Shipping Costs

Because we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, the original outbound shipping cost is not charged to customers.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Haylash after review and approval, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Change of Mind Returns: If you ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or you no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email info@haylash.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is properly packaged and shipped with tracking. We recommend keeping proof of shipment until the return is completed.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

Failure to report delivery issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty goods.

Inspection & Refund Approval

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Items showing signs of use, damage not caused by shipping, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Please note:

  • Financial institutions may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Products not returned in original condition
  • Sealed items that have been unsealed (where applicable for hygiene reasons)

This list does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible, or exercise your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Lost or Refused Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Haylash is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay the refund process while the dispute is under review.

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom, including:
